Fine Food Collective is a food enthusiast’s platform that showcases fine dining plating, techniques and information. We are a team of passionate chefs and food scientists who develop recipes, test techniques and create food content inspired by a modernist approach and deep appreciation for ingredient quality and integrity.   

Fine Food Collective was created during the first lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to create a magazine-style platform where the best fine dining plating in the world could be experienced. We wanted to become a place of inspiration and collaboration where likeminded foodies and chefs can both consume content but also contribute with their own creations.  

The platform grew exponentially, quickly gaining tens of thousands of followers on Instagram. As the momentum grew, so did the need for a more permanent home for the FFC. We quickly developed and launched a website with sections like “Brands We Love” and “Ingredipedia,” a Wikipedia-like encyclopedia of food ingredient information, as well as a blog.  

Shortly after creating our permanent home, we were lucky enough to form a working relationship with the amazing people at Libbey. This meant that Fine Food Collective would officially be playing in the international market and partnering with the premium brand in dinnerware.  

We are so excited to be leveraging the expertise and creativity form the Libbey team, not only in creating beautiful new dishes, but also in expanding our horizons and using different plates for different applications.  

Childhood excitement reigns in the Fine Foods kitchen when every few months with the delivery of new Libbey plates and bowls. The creative juices starts flowing and our team quickly endeavors to conjure up new ideas with these blank “canvases” in mind.
